Lol they were really hyping this episode up. Like this is the 1st sponsored episode and they even had the series recap at the beginning. Like don't get me wrong it was was really good and the murder trick was cool and I liked it but it wasn't too special. Like it wasn't main plot related or had a special character.

I may be stupid.. but couldn't they have just threw the rope over the beam, pulled the guy up, secured the rope on something so it stays, then go up to the window and like tie the rope to the beam and cut the excess. Like the whole actual murder trick seemed a bit almost unnecessarily complex.

I can't believe such a small and insignificant detail like Kogoro screaming became so important and one of the main pieces of evidence in the end. This show is crazy!!

This anime ending is something I hear in the Hunter x Hunter 1999 anime

The ending is pretty quiet compared to the last two

Surprised we got a recap at the beginning of the episode and the piano case was probably better than this and that’s it honestly

Unique trick

Wouldn't the force of the water most likely have erased any fingerprints on the wood or tape?

And why on earth would anyone choose a method which takes 8-10 hours to execute, most of that time spent with the body, in a location anyone could find. If literally anyone had just by chance walked close enough to hear weird noise in the room, he would have been done for.

And how did they know the room would be strong enough and sealed enough to hold that much water? I get for this one it has been done once before, though the cover in the corner could still have been too weak, but did they know for the first one? If anything went wrong, they would just be standing there with a body.

Why not just knock the victim out and throw them over the railing? Just make it seem like a suicide or accident. This whole trick seems unnecessarily risky, especially when they weren't doing it for an alibi or anything.

Well, with this series nothing is ever supposed to be simple.

I thought this case was okay but not one of the best
